  • → Always inform your Cluster Leader or STM before the meeting.
  • → Attendance is tracked quarterly (Example: Jan–Feb–Mar = 1 Quarter).
  • → If you miss 2 meetings per quarter for 2 consecutive quarters, your business category will be opened for new entries.
  • → Follow the attendance criteria strictly to maintain your exclusivity.

2. Attend All Eligible Meetups & Trainings
Premium Members are eligible for:

  • → 11 Offline Meetups

  • → 8 Industry‑Specific Events
  • → 11 Cluster Meetups

Every Premium Member is valuable to the TTE Galaxy community and plays a vital role in building a strong, trusted business ecosystem.

📅 Quarterly Attendance System
Starting July 2026, attendance will be tracked quarterly.
Every 3 months = 1 Quarter
Example: Jan–Feb–Mar is one quarter.

🔄 Substitute Option
If you are unable to attend a meeting:
→You may send a substitute for your business category.
→ You must inform your Cluster Leader or STM prior to the meeting.

⚠️ No‑Show Policy
If a member has 4 No‑Shows across 2 consecutive quarters, then:

After prior notice,Your business category will be opened for a new member to join.This ensures fairness, equal opportunity, and active participation across the community.
