TTE GALAXY – REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds Issued

All payments made towards TTE Galaxy events, workshops, or programs are non-refundable.

2. Event Cancellation by TTE Galaxy

If an event is cancelled by TTE Galaxy, the paid amount will not be refunded, but will be carried forward to the next available event of similar value.

3. Natural Causes & City Alerts

TTE Galaxy is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling caused by:

- Natural weather conditions

- Government or city alerts

- Safety-related restrictions

- Any situation beyond organizational control

In such cases, the amount will be carried forward, not refunded.

4. Member Responsibility

All events are well-organized, pre-planned, and clearly communicated to registered members. Participants are expected to stay updated through official TTE Galaxy communication channels.

5. Transfer of Registration

If permitted, registration may be transferred to another event or participant with prior approval and is applicable for immediate next event only. No monetary refunds will be provided.

6. Group discounts and referral discounts are applicable.

Group discounts are applicable for corporates and small teams working in one company and should provide ID proof for availing discounts.
