Registration is confirmed only after successful payment
Each registration is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers
Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation without refund
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion
3. Fees & Payments
All registration fees are displayed clearly on the registration page
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise
We do not store or process card details on our servers
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
No refunds will be provided for:
No-shows
Late arrivals
Personal inability to attend
In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizers, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion
5. Event Changes

Modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format
Conduct the event virtually or in hybrid mode if required
Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must:
Behave professionally and respectfully
Follow venue rules and local regulations
Avoid any disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All event materials, logos, content, presentations, and branding are the intellectual property of TTW SEED or its partners
Recording, reproducing, or distributing event content without permission is strictly prohibited
8. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the event, you grant permission to:
Be photographed or recorded
Use such media for marketing, promotional, or documentation purposes without compensation
If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the organizers in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage during the event
Loss of personal belongings
Technical failures, internet disruptions, or payment gateway issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Participation is at your own risk.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected is used solely for event-related purposes
We do not sell or misuse participant data
Payment information is handled securely by Stripe
By registering, you agree to our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
